no. wat happen was, today ker ee find me for questions on industrial training. she is a really nice person, so i dun min helping her out. after dat we chit chat la. i oso want to know her experience for training. last time i suppose to go the same place as hers, but decided to go to PISA. i also ask her wat her plan is. she then said maybe for ppl like me, english better than her, oso can study, can continue la. when i said i cheat in exam, her face changed. what i mean is, i memorise but dun understand the things. i consider that cheating la. hahaha. some more i memorise using my visual and not reading it. if not i cant remember one.

i told her, you dont need english in penang. serious. penang become chinatown long time ago d la. who care about english? hahahaha.

then i told her a story, i will share here. usually lecturer/ teachers will either love me or hate me. hahahaha.

got this one teacher, kemahiran hidup, damn hate me one. he oways scold me in front of class. one time, he tak tahan, he shouted at me, making all the students who doing their potong kayu watever shit, stopped doing their work. it was that loud.

i have learnt dat some ppl will like you and some ppl will hate you. some ppl will think you r smart and some will think you r stupid. at least, that is what happens to me.

got two table, man u and ars table. i kena halau from man u table, so sadly i join benedict and wai kit. one ars fan, and another one not even watch football except for the football asses. hahaha.

we went hammer bay der. 1 am sudah tutup big screen. makes me wonder why they bought it in the first place. then i notice the table in front of me, never show feeling or shout when a goal is scored. i complained la. come see football match, must passion a bit mar. right or not?

2nd incident, i was waiting for my cousin to give me the laptop my family ordered. his car stucked, his batery kong, maybe something happen to the laptop judging by the luck he is having. no worries, he is a very religious person. so god will look out for him. hahaha.

i never heard this song before until lee su san sing to me when we doing the comm theories presentation. either the nursery didnt sing that song or i was too stupid then to remember. LOL.

it end up being part of the video, because we all tot the song was cute and the right fit for the topic. ahhh. doing video for han chiang students. i miss dat.

then last nite, wanted chien sing to sing malay songs while in the car, the 1st song that came to mind was lengang lengang kangkung. thanks a lot to the baba and nyonya dancing team that appear every opportunity available for han chiang. LOL.

i ran out of ideas for malay songs. didnt we all used to sing a lot of malay kindergarden songs before? just cant remember any right now. saya memang melayu yang tak berapa melayu.

advice to juniors

i think many juniors now pressure, for many reasons. i have kind of expected it d. life in hcc is very much different from the other places. there r two groups i like to address.

it is normal to have a tough start in a new place. which is why i decided to stay in penang, for my industrial training. can you imagine, i live just 5 min away from my office? hahaha. i remember going out at 8.55, and still able to reach earlier. my boss stay in seberang some more!! i wanted the problem to be only from WORK, not any other things. i think i did the right thing. not only i am the closest to work place, i belive i get the most salary. overtime money, RM 6 per hour. thats good for a trainee.

some have their reasons to go kl. as long as you think it is right decision for you. it presents a new challenge for sum ppl. in some ways, i do respect these ppl.

the 10 weeks training is mean to prepare you for what will be waiting thereafter. i remember my first week started very badly. many ppl think i was lansi. hahaha. my boss say, aniq smile more.
i was actually nervous, and it came off as if i berlagak. i listened to my boss advice, and become very friendly to everybody.

thats what you should do. learn from yr mistakes, and correct it there.

for the first few weeks, my manager for many times, have scolded me ( one whole office can hear) day in day out, and it is not just few times in a day. sometimes it is hard to change ppl opinion when you keep on doing same mistake. but it is possible.

the words, you giving me shit, rubbish, nonsense, for sure will listen everyday la. imagine whole office hearing dat, when you r new. hahaha. hard to explain here, but i can say some of the trainees before actually cried. then there r days , my manager wont talk to me few days. just leave me der.

many other things i cant share here. however, i decided to prove him wrong. i would always be the last to leave the office. people finish at 5pm, i go back 10 , 11 pm biasa la. the last one. as a trainee.

i go all out. because i dont want to leave my training place, in a sour note. i oso become friendly and always crack jokes with others. it does help you know.

now when i go back der to visit, my manager always happy to see me. first few weeks, there r talks i might be kicked out. after training ended, he actually say, you r welcome to join as permanent staff.

to those who have a bad start, turn things around. when ppl see you r dedicated and willing to sacrifise, it will grow on them.

another part of my advice is, to those who unable to go training. i kind of know what you r feeling now. shit, all my frens go training, im left behind. maybe ppl will ask, do i know the feeling?

in a way yes. when i stop one semester, i think of my frens that are still in hcc. everybody is having normal life. but you r not der going thru the same thing with them. my advice is, the thing will pass. in yr final sem, it will all be forgotten. you will get working experience, no worries.

me and my frens was talking about this new football show, my eg extra time or watever shit. it is a show on starsports, astro, that discusses about things like football. they use two woman, fazura and marion caunter, to use their sex appeal and generate the buzz.

i am sorry. i dun care who you put there. i just need ppl that know their stuff about football. this is wat led me to the words, i want see balls, not girls. somehow rather, it come out so wrong lol.

my fren replied, saying, girls shouldnt have anything to do with football. lol. now, nothing against women, i am fine with girls that actually know their stuff. it is unfair to put a damper to their interest in sports. however, tv shows putting all these girls to attaract football fans is an insult to the beautiful game.

i like football focus show very much. the guys there are impressive. they know their stuff to a T. now, the current trend trying to woo the audience with these girls, just rub me of in the wrong way.

it is like the twilight movie. those wolves trying to save the storyline of a movie that seriously hit all the wrong notes. we all know who bella is going to choose. erm, if anybody ask why i see that movie, it is because my senior, tess came back from singapore, and watches the movie with all the other seniors. also, i know it would suck. so, i need to know, how low they can get. and they did it very well. you all must see how bad the movie is. the acting, is one of the fakest i ever seen in a movie.

cant wait to see twilight the third episode. dont they have the razzies for the worst movie actor/ actress awards? twilight have to be a shoe in for the awards. in fact, bella and edward, should never make a movie, ever again.

ok. first of all, dont laugh. this is true, and is done in all seriousness. when you think back of the principles of this theory, im sure many of you will nod yr head as a sign of approval.

what do i mean by the zero game theory? allow me to go to the time during which i reveal this theory to the world for the first time.

after finish hiking with han chiang people, we went to eat at kfc. what a good idea it is, exercise for 5 hours, and then to waste it all with the fattest and oiliest chicken alive on a single plate that throws away all yr hard work and effort in improving yr fitness. brilliant idea.

knowing that im going to play futsal at 6pm on same day, i had to eat oso la. haha. then on the table, we were talking about each other plans. to my surprise, they had as little idea as i was, in where we going to end up LOL.

these girls like seok ngin and fei chui ( yi liang, lay hoon and yee siang was oso there) keep on mentioning about cgpa and exam results. haiz. this is where i step up, and dismiss those as insignifcant. why do i say so?

i open up the story about some of my loser friends ( who sleep in class, fucked up every exam possible) that now, ends up as lawyers, trying to become pilot, and another one actually got a degree in aeronotical engineering ( see, even i cant spell that shit LOL). aeronautical engineering is something to do with rocket and aeroplanes.

what does the theory says then? it means, what you do in the past, including yr cgpa in han chiang, does not have much impact on yr future undertakings. i ask them, you got friends like dis or not? those who fared badly, but now doing so well they seem like two different person.

come on. each schools have these ppl. and also promosing students, that failed on their backside, for one reason or the other. everytime, from primary, secondary and college, up to working, you will start on zero, with others as well. this is what is called, the zero game theory.

trust me, when you start working, many other conditions comes into play. how you pai ma pi people, how well connected you are, your work ethic, who cares about what you score in spm or college?

han chiang girls always have problem with dis. uhhh, i didnt score A in that subject. and i oways advise them , it doesnt matter. seriously. because when you work, it is a different game altogether. you, will start, on a level playing field, zero.

im telling you, some of han chiang students that didnt really stand out now, will surprise many people one. we just dunt know who it is yet.

i dreamt of becoming a pilot actually. unfortunately, i really belive, due to my sickness, it has completely wipe out any chance of me achieving dat. the zero game theory, discriminates no one.
so i start again.

probably one of han chiang student will become a minister, a milionaire, or even a lecturer back in HCC LOL. so when you receive yr results next sem, just dun fuck care. in the long run, you will foget about it. because you will start from zero all over again.
